Cindy Callahan

Painting

Cindy is a native Daytonian and self-taught artist. She has taken workshops from local artists and online paid instruction. Her art has been featured at smaller gallery spaces downtown, as well as Front Street Art Fests. She is an active member of Dayton Society of Artists and Women’s TriArt Society.

I am a prolific painter in both acrylic and watercolor. With acrylics my work celebrates the relationship of color, form, and texture. I work with a variety of texture making mediums, tools, and recycled objects to create depth and feeling.
