Jeremy Nickoson
Photography
Jeremy grew up in the small town of Yellow Springs OH with on a 10 acres of woods, a creek, and a lot to explore. He became interested in photography during a trip to a friend’s family cabin in the Boundary Waters of northern Minnesota. He has been selling his photography at a number of local art shows over the years, like Art on the Lawn in Yellow Springs.
He has been traveling with his camera for over 15 years, completely self taught through trial and error and plenty of experience along the way. Nature and landscape photography made a great addition to his adventures of visiting 56 National Parks and 44 states so far.
He has also become a volunteer at John Glenn Astronomy Park in Hocking Hills due to his frequent visits and passion for sharing the amazing night sky with visitors.
I have specialized in landscape and nature photography, with some dabbling in astrophotogray. I do my best to make sure what comes straight off the camera is as inspiring as it can be. My goal with photography is to help encourage others to get outside and experience the amazing wonders that are just waiting to be found in nature. Most of my prints are printed on metal (aluminum) or metallic paper, which give an incredible vibrancy and character regular photo prints don't have.
