“There is a Valley” is a painting in a series inspired by the Amazon fires in the recent times. It is my honor to paint abstracts of real places in this beautiful world of ours. The fires in Amazon and the blatant disregard of scientific evidence of global warming is real. It is alarming and we as a people have to do our part to bring attention to this calamity. This is my humble effort towards bringing awareness to the issue.
There is a valley is a painting inspired by the Valley of flowers in Uttaranchal India. There are several resources to find out more information if you just type “valley of flowers, India.” I hope that the painting inspires you to explore this region of India. Please stay on the paths indicated and do not destroy the natural beauty of the parks. When you leave the park only take memories of the place with you and of course awesome photographs and paintings if you are a plein air artist!

The predominant colors in this artwork are blue red, purple and green. The size of the artwork is relevant for a cozy corner nook.
