“Tomorrow is Near for those Who Wait”
Mixed Media on Canvas
1 of 9 in a series called “Azaman” an exhibit about time.
A reflection of how time passes and the importance of it. Days turn to weeks which turn to years. Time passes and eventually we all heal, grow, and adapt. Some things change and some things remain. There is no perfect time but there is a right time. When we are in the midst of time, it feels unlimited. Minute by minute we build who we are and who we will become.
A series by with arabic and abstract influences; A balanced mixture of watercolor, gouache, and acrylic paint laid overtop of mixed media collages from American vintage (60s) magazines and modern day literature. Medium grained stretched canvas on wood.
